The bids will be received online through GeM (Forward Auction) only and shall be opened as per SOP of GeM. The bids are invited lot wise. The items shall be sold to the bidder who will quote the consolidated highest rates for respective lots. (i.e. Lot wise items indicated in the list of obsolete/ unserviceable items as detailed at Annexure-I) and no bid would be accepted for any part of the lots
