The auction shall be governed by GeM’s General Terms & Conditions for Forward Auction and Additional Terms & Conditions mentioned in Annexure-I. The eligible buyers are required to furnish their mandatory information in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-II). 3. Interested and eligible buyers fulfilling the aforesaid requirements are requested to quote their competitive highest prices for all vehicles (ELVs) under auction.
