Item Description: Overhaul Complete DP system configured with PMS Outstation (P&S), Steering gear Out station, Combi throuster Node-1 alongwith Main Network Cabinet. Carry out functional check all inputs /outputs signal from interfaced equipment. Reset Complete DP system Operation to be test from following position DP display (Bridge aft) with printer, Bridge (P&S) and forward Bridge fore side. Functional check of 04 operator touch screen panel in all mode of selection to be carried out. System to be proved for Auto Geographical mode of operation while all propulsion are active. Functional test of following Hardware/interfaced with Gyro, DGPS-1, MRU and Wind with I/O data format to be checked for optimum performance of system. (Maintenance schedule no. LP-31) System operational from all position Except fore Bridge side due DP display touch screen Not functioning properly (Note: Complete DP system has been declared ABER and ABER forwarded vide Ship letter 309/6 dated 03 Jan 2020, in case of installation of new DP system / upgradation of DP system the Degutting /Regutting assistance to be provided by firm).
