Item Title: Ductility Machine for Bitumen
Item Description: Ductility machine consists of a carriage moving over a lead screw. An electric motor driven reduction gear unit ensures smooth constant speed and continuous operation. The entire assembly should be mounted with water bath completely. It should be equipped with an electric pump circulator and heater controlled by a digital temperature controller. Two rates of travel i.e. 5 cm/min and 1 cm/min should be provided. Thermometer with colored solution(0-110° C). Briquette moulds for conducting both ductility and elastic recovery need to be provided (3No-s each). Suitable for operation on 220 V, 50 Hz, Single Phase, AC supply. Complete set up with vertical support & base and all other accessories conforming to IS 1208.
