Dual Thyristor modules with common cathode having amplifying gate configuration with thes e specifications .Capacity of average On state current ≥ 570A, Repetitive Peak Off-State Voltage ≥1600V& Non-repetitive surge current (A)= 15.5kA. Gate Requirement: Gate trigger current, IGT: ≤ 300 mA & Compa tible with industrial thyristor firing circuits. Module similar(Module shall be electrically and mechanically int erchangeable with Semikron SKKT 570/16 E) to SKKT 570/ 16 E of Semikron make. The bidder shall upload the detailed datasheet of the offered product along with the offer. A Manufacturer?s Test Report (MTR) / Ma nufacturer?s Certificate of Conformance (CoC) confirming compliance with the submitted datasheet shall b e provided at the time of supply.
