Cleaning and Lubricating of Slide chairs from toe of the switch to Heel of the switch (from 2/3 to 20th Sleeper) of all interlocked 1 in 16 and 1 in 12 points in DSTE/MAQ section (SSE/Sig/CAN and SSE/Sig/MAQ sections) by using Graphite Grease or any other material specified by railway for a period of one year (Contractor has to arrange required men and materials like cotton waste, hand Gloves and brush for cleaning etc..) (Graphite Grease / other material will be supplied by Railways - (Quantity=220 points X 122 times/Year) (once in 3 days; there should not be more than two days interval between two lubrication).This includes Clearing all mud, sediments, dust accumulation, extra spilled oil or grease, paper or plastic waste or any other unwanted materials from slide chairs and in between tongue and stock rails using scrapper, wire brush and metallic scrubber and apply thin film of railway supplied graphite grease/ other material by rubbing on the sliding surface of all sliding chairs. On next day of application previous days oil to be removed with cotton waste and fresh oil to be applied. Work should be done without causing any failure to point indication and as per the direction of SSE/S. 2 NS2 10370.00 Point 89.38 926870.60 AT Par 926870.60 Rs.
