Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Double End CTRB Mounting Machine for mounting the CTRB simultaneously from both ends of Wheel Set, Cap. 70T. As per technical specification given below : (1) Hydraulic Power Pack : Double speed maximum working pressure of 450 Kg/Cm2 Pump, PCM, Level Ga uge, Breather, Strainer and Pressure gauge etc will be installed in the power pack. (2) Piston stroke of the c ylinder : 450 mm (Minimum) (3) Capacity of the machine : 70 Ton(4) Speed (I) Advance (Idle stroke) 800 m m/Min (+/-10%) (ii) Installation : 110 mm/Min (+/- 10%) (5) Type of cylinder :Hydraulic double acting (6) Jac k adjusting height from rail level to centre of installation tube : 360 to 560 mm (7) Type of wheel lifting jack : Supporting guide jack system with machine frame. ( 8) Bearing mounting final pressure : 50+/-Tons (will be held for 05 seconds) (9) Type of pressure gauge : Marking of pressure gauge will be dial in parallel mea sured in tones and kg/cm2 (10) Time of both side mounting of bearing : Not more than 2.5 minutes.
