Auction Detail: 1. The described scrap materials are lying at District Planning Committee Building premises near District Panchayath, Palakkad. 2. Lot details : Bidders are invited for the entire lot only. Partial bids will not be accepted. The sale is on "AS IS WHERE IS BASIS". The item will be sold as per the actual weighed quantity. 3. Prospective bidders may inspect the materials after physical verification of the items on any working day between 10.00 AM to 5 PM prior to submission of bids. However photos are uploaded along with Auction notice. 4. Bids shall be submitted from 22-09-2026 11.00 am to 28.09.2026 11:00 am in the prescribed manner. 5. Bids are liable for document verification and any bidders not complying with the prescribed conditions will be rejected. 6. The scrap materials shall be sold/auctioned to the highest valid bidder subject to approval by the competent Authority. 7. Apart from the quoted amount, GST under Reverse Charge Mechanism shall be applicable as per rules in force at the time of auction. 8. The successful bidder must remove the materials at his/her on risk, cost and expense within 15 days from award of contract. 9. Payment : The successful bidder shall remit the full material value with in seven (7) days from the end date of auction (excluding the date of auction). The payment shall be made only through NEFT to the following head of account (1475-00-800-96- 02 other items other miscellaneous). The Bidder shall be uploaded the copy of transaction details, failing which the Bid shall be rejected. 10. Default in delivery : In case of delay in lifting the materials beyond the stipulated period as indicated above, ground rent @ 1% per week of the contract value shall be levied along with applicable taxes. 11. Default in Payment : In case of default in payment of the contract value within 10 days from the award of contract, a late payment charge @ 1% per week of contract value will be imposed. 12.
