Disposal of Old unserviceable/ obsolete IT and Non-IT Items such as from the Bank of Baroda Treasury Branch, Baroda Sun Tower, 4th & 5th Floor, G Block, C 34, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai 400 051, Maharashtra. Bank of Baroda, Treasury Department, Mumbai invites online tender for disposal of unserviceable/ condemned IT and non-IT Items as listed in Annexure-I from Authorized Recyclers of E-Waste registered with Central Pollution Control Board (M/o Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Govt, of India) or with State Pollution Control Board, on AS IS WHERE IS basis.

Auction Detail: The tender will be evaluated on sum total basis and will be awarded to the firm submitting the highest bid. These bids are invited for the lot i.e. all the items contained in the Annexure of consolidated list of IT and NON-IT Items, as a whole and no bid would be accepted for any part of the same. In view of the 'as is where is’ condition, bidders are advised to quote rates only after inspection of the items at the site. The bidders (or their authorized representatives) may inspect the material as per the inspection schedule from 06.10.2026 to 19.10.2026, on working days, between 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM at the office premises after confirming the appointment at the Number 022-67592768/69. The seller reserves the right to accept/ reject and cancel any bid or withdraw the lot at any stage before or after acceptance of the bid/ issue of acceptance letter/ sale order/ delivery order/ deposit of the full sale value by the bidder, without assigning any reason thereof and the value of such material, if paid for, shall be refundable. The seller shall not be responsible for damage/ loss to the bidders on account of such withdrawal at any stage from the sale. The Reserve Price for the tender for the goods listed in the Annexure has been kept as Rs. 3, 79, 050/- (Rs. Three Lakhs Seventy-Nine Thousand Fifty Only) and applicable GST. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 25, 000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Only) is to be deposited in the form of an Account Payee Demand Draft from a Commercial Bank or a Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank in an acceptable form, in favor of 'BANK OF BARODA TREASURY BRANCH’ In case the selected bidder does not show interest in depositing the sale value or in lifting the goods, the bid security will be deemed to have been forfeited.
