The quantity of records disposed of during the financial years 2023–24, 2024–25, and 2025–26 was 24.33 tonnes, 20.63 tonnes, and 16.66 tonnes, respectively. Tender/bid document containing conditions of prequalification, detailed scope of work, etc., can be downloaded from www.gem.gov.in & https://cag.gov.in/ae/punjab/en/tenders. Only online bid on GeM portal www.gem.gov.in on or before last date of submission of bid. The amount of EMD is Rs.25, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only).
