Auction Detail: Criteria for selection of bidders: 1. Identity Verification of Authorised Person The Aadhaar number or personal Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the authorised person. 2. Entity PAN Requirement The valid PAN of the business entity—whether proprietorship, firm, company, trust, society, or government entity must be provided and kept updated on the GeM portal. 3. GST Registration A valid Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) must be provided, except in cases specifically exempted under GST law or as permitted by GeM guidelines. 4. Income Tax Return (ITR) Compliance Income Tax Return details for the last three assessment years must be available and verified for participation in bids or reverse auctions, unless exempted by GeM. 5. Contact and Banking Details The bidder must maintain updated information on GeM for the complete registered office address, email ID, mobile number, and bank account details (including account number and IFSC code) to facilitate contract issuance, order processing, and payments. 6. E-Waste Authorization For e-waste auctions, the bidder must hold a valid E-Waste Management authorization/registration issued by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) or the relevant State Pollution Control Board, authorising the handling, recycling, or disposal of e-waste. The current certificate must be uploaded with the bid, if specified in the auction document. 7. Document Authenticity and Validity All documents uploaded—including PAN, GST certificate, Aadhaar/identity proof, ITR acknowledgements, E-Waste authorization certificate, and any other documents specified in the bid— must be genuine, legible, and valid both on the date of bid submission and throughout contract execution. Submission of false or invalid documents shall result in bid rejection and may attract legal action. 8.
