Auction Detail: Disposal of Metal Scrap, namely: Copper, Brass and Mixed Chips, Turning & Borings on “AS IS WHERE IS” basis, “AS IS WHAT IS” basis and "NO COMPLAINT" basis. Item No: 1, Copper scrap consisting of copper wires, tubes, rod, strips cut pieces, nut bolt, coils, pipes, plates, small fabricated structures, foils etc. with / without attachment of any other metal if any. Quantity: 1.4 Metric Ton. Item No: 2, Mixed Turning & Borings of Copper, Brass etc. in non separable condition. Quantity: 0.6 Metric Ton. Item No: 3, Brass Scrap, consisting of Valves, pipe fittings, nut, bolts etc. Quantity: 1 Metric Ton. Note: Offered Bid / Rate shall be quoted on Unit of Measurement (Metric Ton) basis only. Time allowed for lifting of materials: 30 Days from the date of release of Sale Order. Validity of the Bid: 120 days. Bidders will not be permitted to participate in auction without submission of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amounting to Rs. 1, 50, 000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) must be in the form of Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of "Pay & Accounts Officer, Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology”, payable at ‘Indore’ and copy of the same must be uploaded in GeM portal on or before 10/06/2025 up to 15.30hrs. Original Demand Draft of EMD, Annexure - B (in original) of ATC duly stamped and signed by the buyer shall be physically dropped in Stores Tender Box kept at Guard House, CISF, RRCAT (IRSU), INDORE in sealed envelope superscribing boldly Tender Number 138 / Auction ID: 21086 so as to reach before the EMD due date and time. i.e., 10/06/2025 up to 15.30Hrs.
