Auction Detail: Description of the Item: Used, unserviceable household equipments (in unbroken / broken condition); Geysers, Ovens / Microwave, Air coolers & Cryo cans, Water coolers, Refrigerators, Air conditioners, Cooling Coils, Compressors etc., of assorted sizes, makes, types & capacities, with / without attachment of other metal if any. Qty: 1 Lot (One Lot of 233 items). Note: Rate shall be quoted (unit of measurement) for the Item as a Lot. Bidders who wish to participate in this auction must be registered under GST. Time allowed for lifting of materials: 30 Days from the date of release of Sale Order. Validity of the Bid: 120 days. Bidders will not be permitted to participate in Forward Auction without submission of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). In case of Hazardous/E-waste Item: Bidder participating for above items categorized as a E-waste / hazardous items etc., shall upload along with the bid a scanned copy of certificate from Pollution Control Board (PCB), permitting them to buy and recycle such items, failing which the bid for such item(s) shall not be considered. Note: The certificate should be valid till at least one month after satisfactory completion date of the said contract. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amounting to Rs. 30, 000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) must be in the form of Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of "Pay & Accounts Officer, Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology”, payable at ‘Indore’ and copy of the same must be uploaded in GeM portal on or before 20/08/2025 up to 15.30 hrs.
