The disposal shall be conducted on “As is where is”, “As is what is”, and “No complaint” basis. Terms & Conditions: Bids shall be submitted online only through the GeM Portal within the stipulated timeline. The machines are offered in defunct/scrap condition. Successful bidder shall arrange for lifting/transportation at their own cost within the prescribed period. Compliance with applicable statutory provisions including e-waste management and environmental regulations is mandatory. Payment and lifting terms shall be governed strictly as per conditions mentioned in the GeM bid document.
