It should be sterilized and packed singly or in maximum limit of 10 together. 3. It should have perfect flatness of the base to ensure uniform depth of the media. 4. Method of sterilization should be mentioned clearly over pack with date of expiry. 5. Demonstration should be done to the satisfaction of the user department. 6. Manufacturer firm should have ISO/ BIS + WHO GMP/ European CE/ FDA/Any recognized international council approval certification. 7.
