BOQ Item Description: Disconnecting and removing unserviceable 1x20 TR sealed compressor (Chiller plant at AKM site) and replaced with new 1x20 TR sealed compressor of existing make and model with including soldering brazing of liquid/gas pipeline, cleaning the system arresting the liakage, vacuumization, initial charging of oil and refrigerant gas what ever quantity required including installation, testing and commissioning etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge .NOTE-Refrigerant and comp oil for charging to be supplied by the contractor. The factory made new compressor shall be accompanied by certificate from the manufacture to the effect that the compressar has been purchased from authorised dealer further a warranty of not less than 12 Month shall be provided on the compressor. Make Tecumseh/Kirloskar or equivalent.
