Item Title: Digitization of Old Record/Service Books at Hq Cwe Sri Ganganagar
Item Description: Scanning pages of official records such as service books, leave account, folder II etc as available in form of register, A4 & FS/Legal sizes etc in JPEG format and uploading same in HRM 1.0 specific to individual account and section. All scanned date need to be stored in soft copies duly segregated service books wise on digital media like Hard disk and taking hard copy of print out of all service books and leave account documents. Suitable T&P required such as high speed and light scanner, passbook printer, accessories etc need to be procured and kept serviceable by contractor. Any ancillary activity required for scanning and uploading in HRM 1.0 of old service data is deemed to be included in quoted rates. Manpower and T&P deployed by contractor should be in line with completion of subject work in period of 90 days and contractor is directly responsible for output. Quantity may vary (+/-) 25% at the discretion of department. Working time be limited to 08.30 hrs a day from 0900 hrs to 1730 hrs, which may be changed at discretion of department. Note : The Contractor-s firm should be registered in HQ CWE Sri Ganganagar and ISO certified for above mentioned specific JOB.
