Supply and commissioning of Digital Wheel Diameter Gauge with Digital LED Display for mea surement of BG wheels of rolling stock. The gauge should give direct diameter readings on Digital Display. No calculations or tables are required. Supply should be in elegantely finished storage box with carrying ha ndle and battery charger with working manual. Specifications- 1) Measuring Range- 600 MM to 1250 MM for BG Wheels, 2) Measuring Accuracy- plus or minus 0.3 mm (for tread with surface finish N7 to N8 or better), 3) Least Count- 0.1 mm or 0.01 mm (user selectable), 4) Display- 7 segment LED, 5) Size of Display- width 5.2 cm and height- 1.5 cm, 6) Readings Recording facility- Optional, 7) Operating Temp- minus 5 degree ce ntigrade to plus 50 degree centigrade, 8) Weight- Approx 750 gms, 9) Power supply- INBUILT RECHARGEAB LE BATTERY. Features: Wheel Diameter Gauge with DIGITAL DISPLAY for measurement of wheel diameter i n both mounted [in-situ] and un-mounted wheels of locos. The measurement of the diameter is performed according to the three points technique, without the complete wheel coverage. The gauge contains numeri c display to show the value of the wheel diameter.
