Development of existing Goods Shed of Rangiya (RNY) Railway station a Brown Field Goods shed (Existing Goods shed owned by Railway having facility to deal with Inward and Outward traffic) as a Common User facility with resting facilities of labour with drinking water, toilets & urinals with bathing facilities, repairing of approach road to goods circulating area and provision of 01 No. high mast tower lighting facility at Ghograpar end as per Railway`s Standard and specification & maintenance of the same through private investment in lieu of incentives in the form of Railway Terminal Charges/Terminal Access Charges as the case may be opted by the tenderer through open tender in Packet "B".
