Tender's Details

The unit rate Rs. 20 (Twenty) as mentioned above is indicative (at present Terminal Charge (TC) at the rate Rs.20 per ton is applicable for handling of goods traffic in each terminal built up on Railway land. Terminal Access Charge(TAC) at the rate Rs. One Lakh Sixty Thousand (Rs 160000) per rake per terminal is applicable for all Group-I and Group-II CRT and 50 per cent of the same for Group-III CRT; CRT=Container Rail Terminal). Before bidding the following instruction is to be read for strict adherence- Bidders shall quote the percentage of the share of terminal charges / Terminal Access Charges( TC/TAC ) (percentage up to two decimal points) that will be retained by the Railways - A) If bidder quotes between 0 to 100% (say x %) it implies that Railways shall pay (100-x)% of TC/TAC to contractor. B ) If bidder quote more than 100% (say y%) it implies that Railway will retain 100% charges and moreover bidder shall pay (y-100)% of TC/TAC over and above TC/TAC retained by Railway . Sr.DCM/Dhanbad but the same does not entail any extension of the last date & time of bidding. The total estimated project cost of Mahdeiya (MHDA) (excluding cost of land) is Rs. 29, 70, 98, 760/-. In NIT header advertised value is shown Rs. 20/- which is terminal charges to be levied on per ton for inward/outward traffic.
