Carry out detailed technical inspection including necessary testing of girders of bridge (of ROB's, RFOs, Aquaduct and Important/Major Bridges) as per the terms of this document, and relevant IRC/ Railway guidelines or as directed by engineer in charge and analysing the collected data of girders. The detailed inspection shall be close examination of all elements of bridge above pier cap/bed blocks.
