Design, supply, template, Surface preparation, installation with curing of Printed Automotive Graphics sticker on painted WAP7 loco exterior as per following Specifications: 1) Material: Translucent poly styrene graphic polymer, 250 GSM thickness, conforming to IS 14443:1997 or equivalent ASTM standards; 2) Printing: Eco-solvent/UV-resistant printing with fade-proof inks as per ASTM D3359 (Adhesion test); 3) La mination: Hydrophobic clear lamination with 50-micron transparent polymeric film conforming to ISO 2813 for UV, scratch, and dust resistance; 4) Adhesive: Pressure-sensitive adhesive suitable for metallic painted surfaces, tested as per ASTM D3330; 5) Durability: Minimum 3 years outdoor life with UV and weather resis tance conforming to ISO 4892-2 and ASTM G155; 6) Surface Preparation & Installation: As per IS 13630 to e nsure wrinkle-free adhesion. Dimensions and Quantity: (1) Side Panels - 7 ft (H) x 67 ft (L) - 2 Nos/set; (2) F ront and Rear Panels - 7 ft (H) x 9 ft (L) - 2 nos/Set, with custom spacing to exclude permanent loco symbol s and markings. Make: 3 M or Avery Dennison or Arlon Graphics or Orafol or Hexis or LX Hausys. Note: 1) Gr aphics design, pattern and Theme shall be got approved before effecting supply of material, 2) Installation shall be done overnight to give a perfect conducive environment to prevent day time high temperature and humidity for better adhesion without air pockets forming on the graphics surface.
