Design, manufacture, and supply, installation, testing, commissioning and proving of CNC Surf ace Wheel Lathe Machine on turnkey basis as per specification appended with the tender. It shall also includ e installation and commissioning of related equipment, training of personnel in operation and maintenance o f machine and supply of technical documentation. It shall also include Leading Parameters (Schedule 1) as p er clause 2.2 of section iv of specification appended with this tender. The Machine Shall have the provisions of industrial 4.0. The firm needs to provide inbuilt hardware (for industrial 4.0) capable of communicating vit al parameters for operations and preventive maintenance of the machine. Moreover, the firm will connect th e machine to the existing Industry 4.0 system at Carriage workshop, Ajmer. ]
