Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and proving of Airless Centrif ugal Shot Blasting/Peening Plant on turnkey basis as per the specification appended with the tender. It includ es all the concomitant accessories/ equipment as per clause 4.2 of section IV of specification and other conc omitant accessories/ equipment, which the manufacturer considers essential to make the machine fully oper ational, when installed and commissioned. It shall also include installation and commissioning of related equi pment, training of personnel in operation and maintenance of machine and supply of technical documentatio n. All the consumables required to operate the machine during commissioning & trial to be supplied by the s upplier. It shall also include Leading Parameters (Schedule 1) as per clause 2.2 of section iv of specification a ppended with this tender. The Machine Shall have the provisions of industrial 4.0. The firm needs to provide i nbuilt hardware (for industrial 4.0) capable of communicating vital parameters for operations and preventive maintenance of the machine. Moreover, the firm will connect the machine to the existing Industry 4.0 syste m at the respective user premises. ]
