Tender's Details

Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Passenger Transparent glass type Lift (8-13 passengers capacity) complete with all associated electrical works and accessories as per site requirements and RDSO specifications/system, under the supervision of the site in-charge. The lift shall be of capsule type with a rated load of 544 kg, (G+4 or as per site), 1-5 openings/access sides, floor destinations G, 1, 2, 3, 4 and a travel height of approximately 18 m. It shall operate at a speed of 1.0 m/s with a variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) drive and full collective control (Simplex type). The lift shall have automatic glass doors (700 mm W x 2000 mm H), pit depth 1600 mm, minimum floor-to-floor height 2600 mm, headroom 5000 mm, and internal car height 2200 mm. The car shall be finished with glass walls, LED lighting, fan, stainless steel handrail, and a voice announcement system to indicate floor position and movement. It shall include an attractive car operating panel with push buttons for door open/close, alarm, position indicator, pre-announcing arrows, and full segment display. Landing doors shall be automatic glass type with indicators. The system shall include 8x19S fibre core self- lubricating ropes (Usha Martin make), monoblock control panel with closed-loop control, self-diagnostic features, safety torque off, fireman control, automatic rescue device, overload sensor, emergency alarm/light, and ?out of service? mode. A lockable storage room of approximately 400 sq.ft for control panel and related equipment shall be provided. Cost includes free maintenance of two years during warranty of lift as per RDSO spec.RDSO/2013/EM/SPEC/0016 (Rev'2') - 2025 Make- JOHNSON/OTIS/SCHINDLER/Omega Elevators or equivalent.
