BOQ Item Description: Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor totally enclosed double door feeder pillar panel confirming to IP 65, made of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, totally enclosed, standing on a MS Angle frame suitably fixed on floor foundation, dust and vermin proof, powder coated painting, suitable for operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415 V, 50 Hz AC system with busbars, connection and interconnections including supply and installation of following switchgears, metering instruments and accesories as per specifications
Incomers 02 Nos. 630 Amp., 4 Pole, 415V, 50 KA, MCCB with built in thermal based release unit having Rotory operating mechanism with adjustable settings, Auxillary Contactor as per the specification.
Buscopler 01 Nos. 630 Amp., 4 Pole, 415V, 50 KA, MCCB with built in thermal based release unit with adjustable settings.
Instruments 2 Nos. digital Multifucntion Meter Ammeter + Voltmeter including suitable rating CTs for 3 Phase, 4 wire operation as per specification.
Indications R Y B(LED Type) phase indicating lampscontrolled by 2 Amp MCB for all incomer and ON OFF indication for all incomers and Outgoings.
Bus-Bars 4-Pole Aluminium Bus bar of 600 A rating of high conductivity with heat shrinkable, coloured sleeves, required intervals complete for cross section, size supports and their spacing etc as per specification.
Outgoings (1) 100 A, 4 Pole C curve MCB-12 Nos. 415V, 50 KA, MCCB with built in thermal based release unit with adjustable settings.
All Incomers and Bus Coupler shall be mechanically and electrically interlocked with suitable accessories. as per SH II Item no 1 page no 173
