Tenders are invited for Design & Construction of Twin Tunnel (Up & Down by Shield TBM), Cut & Cover, Cross-passages with/without sump, Ramps, Seven (07) Underground Stations (Indore Railway station, Rajwada, Chota Ganpati, Bada Ganpati, Ramchandra Nagar, BSF/Kalani Nagar and Airport) including Architectural finishing, Plumbing (Water Supply, Sanitary Installation, Drainage facilities and other Plumbing work as directed by the Engineer) works in entire Underground Section from chainage 5+862 to 14+482.347~14+488 for Indore Metro Rail Project Approx. cost of work INR 2550 Cr. Completion Period 1456 Days A Pre-Bid meeting shall take place physically at the Bidder-s cost by Bidder-s designated representatives: Date: 12 April 2024 Time: 11:00 hrs. No other mode of payment will be accepted. The detail of bank account of employer is mentioned in Annexure-1 to Bid Data Sheet. b) b) Bidder(s) shall submit an EMD / Bid Security of INR 25.50 Crores either through Net Banking/RTGS/NEFT or Through an irrevocable Bank Guarantee in SFMS mode, payable at Bhopal (in the form given in Section 4 Bidding Forms) issued by a Scheduled Bank in India as mentioned in ITB 19.3. c) The EMD / Tender Security shall remain valid for a period of 60 days beyond the Bid Validity period. d) The receipt of Online Payment for Tender Fee and EMD / scanned copy of the BG for Tender Security shall be uploaded online while submitting the tender and the original Bank Guarantee shall be deposited in the “Tender Box” placed at the Employer-s Office on the date of tender opening before scheduled tender opening time. e) Technical bids will be opened on 12 September 2024 at 16:00 hrs. (IST) in the CPP Portal in the presence of Bidders‟ representatives who choose to attend, whereas the Financial Bids shall remain unopened. The Financial Bids of only Technically Responsive and Qualified Bidders shall be opened after Technical Bid Evaluation, whereas, the Financial Bids of those Bidders whose Technical Bids are not responsive shall not be opened.
