Item Title: De-Scalling of Chillers
Item Description: De-scalling of Kirloskar make Water Cooled Chiller 190.TR with following scope of work: a) Supply of descaling chemicals for condenser r to the site as per the required quantity along with SDS b) Taking shutdown of the one chiller on priority information c) Closing of the both inlet and outlet valve of both condenser and evaporator d) Ensuring the no leakage from the water line e) Pumping the chemicals to condenser line as per the required quantity with pressure with proper mixture of water through the provision made at both inlet and outlet valve f) Holding the pressure for 24 hours e) Circulating the chemicals as per required time by using extra barrel with small pump g) Opening the both end covers of condenser h) Cleaning the condenser tubes with soft long length brushes i) Cleaning the tubes with plain water using jet machines j) Repeating the same till tubes found clean k) Opening of the end caps of evaporator l) Cleaning the Evaporator tubes by using long length soft brushes m) Removing the scale formation n)Closing both end caps of condenser and evaporator
