BOQ Item Description: Cutting and removing the rusted portion of the cabin and renewing the portion with new 4 mm thickness M.S sheet, M.S angles, M.S.Channel, MS grills, all Radiator line pipes with suitable clamp and steel pipe are to be replaced with M.S. pipe etc as per the original shape and sizes with alignment by gas cutting, gas weilding, arc welding etc by using standard welding rods and the works includes replacing of newly like air cleaner, silencer and other body components in position, providing door hinges, window & door locks etc, as per direction of the EIC including cost of all labour charges, welding materials, gas welding materials, minor tools and plants and hire charges of welding and Gas plants, cabin locks, all materials required for fabrication works, transportation and handling charges, cost of consumable, hinges, tower bolts etc., complete. including cost of 4.00 mm MS steel, MS angles, M.S.Channel, M.S. pipes etc., complete. Including Transportation charges. The work has to be cariied out as per the direction of EIC. Approximately 1.85 MT.
