BOQ Item Description: Couch Examination with fooot Rest. All as shwon on drawing.Over all size be 1800mm long, 900mm wide and 760mm high.Frame and legs shall be of 25mm square steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm.Top shall have eleven rows of 100mm dia copper coated springs of 100mm high containing six spring in each row.fixed on 12mm thick teak wood(MP)Planks at equal distance.Hessian cloth of good quality shall be provided over the spring over which 25mm thick layer of coir to be provided on sides and top of Hessain cloth .The coir is sand withced with another Hessain cloth and 12mm thick cotton layer is spread over the Hessain cloth.25mm thick, 32 density, foam shall be provided over cotton layer and upholstered with leatherite to give uniform smooth surface.25mm x25mm teak wood to springs, coir and cotton.A drawer of 380mmx600mm shall be provided on left side of couch examination. Above the drawer a shelf shall be provided as shown on drawing.Two numbers 125mm high 300mm thick rail of teak wood shall be provided for movement of drawer.Sides, back of drawer shall be of 91mm high and 12 mm thick teak wood.Front of drawer shall be of 25mm thick 95mm high teak wood shelf shall be of 12mm thick teak wod plank of 400mm wide and 800mm deep 100mm long aluminium handles shall be provided to drawer and shelf.Hard tubbber/PVC shoes shall be provided to the bottom of legs.All steel and iron surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces as directed by Engineer in Charge to obtain smmoth finish.Painting shall be done with spray machine.All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in positition shall be French polished with high gloss finish.
