BOQ Item Description: Burnt or defective relays repairing of EE make E-F & O-C Relay as under with all material, labour with TandP.
1.Replacement of all defective components like disc assembly with moving contacts, control spring fixed contact assembly, auxiliary contacts, defective coils, defective electronic components like diodes, resistance, condenser etc with new one of good quality.
2.Varnishing of coils and overhauling of relay thoroughly after cleaning of all ports of relay by CRC.
3.Proper wiring, dressing and ferruling of all wires within relay.
4.Testing and calibration of relay with minimum error limits allowable in relay.
