BOQ Item Description: Repairing and renewal of sofa including replacing of older foam with 100mm thick PU foam if 40 D in seat and 50 mm thick in back but of 32D, with extra layer of 25 mm thick of providing shape and comfort fabric and removal and replacing of unserviceable parts. All Export wooden surfaces to be finished with spirit polish to achieve the desired finish. Etc all complete as per Engineer-in-charge.
