Tender's Details

BOQ Item Description: Design, engineering, fabrication, supply, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of double door outdoor type LT Power Supply Feeder Pillar of minimum IP-54 protection, floor mounted, dust-tight and vermin-proof, cubical and compartmentalized construction, suitable for outdoor operation. The feeder pillar shall be fabricated from high-quality CRCA sheet steel of minimum 2.0 mm thickness for main enclosure and minimum 3.0 mm thickness for gland plates, stiffeners and load-bearing members. The enclosure shall be fabricated with proper bends, welded joints, gaskets, hinged doors, padlocking arrangement and provision for cable entry from bottom as per site conditions. The feeder pillar shall be suitable for operation on 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz AC supply system.

The feeder pillar shall be complete with aluminium bus bars of adequate size and cross-section, having a continuous current rating of minimum 400 Amps for phase and neutral, supported on suitable non-hygroscopic, heat-resistant insulators. Separate earth bus of suitable size shall be provided throughout the panel length with two external earth terminals. The panel shall be provided with mechanical interlocking arrangement for incomers and bus coupler, three-lock two-key system for operational safety, terminal blocks for proper termination of power and control cables, danger notices, circuit identification labels, and all necessary mounting hardware.
