BOQ Item Description: SIFCON Pre Fabricated Interlocking RCC Blocks. Prefebricated RCC interlocking blocks of outer size 400x250x300mm size and hollow section inner size 360x210x300mm with thickness of slab 25 mm. The blocks to be fabricated out of high performance polymer concrete Slurry Infiltrated Fibrous Concrete SIFCON alongwith pozzolanic additives and admixtures. Curing compounds and polymers to be added to acheive desired strength and impact resistance. The compressive strength of the block M 90 Plus and weight of block less than 18 Kgs. 40 per Micro and macro reinforcement in the form of fibers to be added to increase higher energy absorption due to projectile impacts.The gap between blocks to be sealed with special penetrating coating of carbon fibre. The block to provide vertical and horizontal interlocking.
