BOQ Item Description: Maintenance and Servicing of DG Set of capacity 160 KVA installed at Ops location (PB) including carrying out maintenance check alongwith following other repairs, Drain out of lub oil from sump and refill with new oil after proper cleaning, Replacement of engine oil filter catridge with new one, Replacement of diesel filter catridge with new one, Check tightness of all nuts and bolts and replace where ever required, Checking and adjustment of V Belt for driving engine water pump and alternator, Assembling complete all serviceable parts and replacement of all unserviceable parts by new one as directed, Testing of DG Set after servicing as per directions, Cleaning of air cleaner filter, Drain out and cleaning of fuel tank.
