BOQ Item Description: Providing and supplying high back chair The seat and back shall be made of 15mm thick hot pressed commercial plywood padded with high resilience moulded polyurethane foam 50mm thick having density 40kgcubic meter in seat and 40mm thick having density 32Kgcubic meter in back and further upholstered with fabric tapestry 1mm thick and 300 GSM. The seat and back shall be arrested together with 50-60 thick powder coated HR steel spine and the armrest shall be used black integral polypropylene arm completely joint with seat. Mechanism - synchro tilt 360 degree revolving mechanism with upright position locking and tilt tension adjustment. The pneumatic seat height adjustment up to 120mm with BIFMA standard class-3 gas-lift to suit them using the lever under the seat. The gas-lift mechanism should be tested as per ANSIBIFMA multiply5.1-2011 standards. The pedestal should have five legged injection moulded in black 30percentangeglass filled nylon having pitch circle Dia. 700mm and fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The castors of the chair should be injection moulded in black 30percentangeglass filled nylon confirming to ANSIBIFMA standards multiply 5.1-2011 tested to perform 98000 cycle with 250lbs load.
