BOQ Item Description: Third Party Vetting & Proof Checking The consultant shall be responsible for third party vetting or proof checking from IITs or NITs or any Government Engineeering college duly signed by authorised signatory on behalf of the Institute and not from a professor or individual of the institute in his personal capacity. The design drawings shall also be liable for ensuring that the design and drawings are in compliance as per laid down standards regulations adherence to IS Specifications and sound engineering practices The consultant is responsible for obtaining clarification from the vetting agency till the completion of work A Certificate that all details have been thoroughly checked and are in compliance to Standards codes regulations in respect of safety soundness and economy shall be obtained from vetting agency
