BOQ Item Description: Conference table 32 seater providing, supplying and placing in position Conference Table. Table shall be U shape with depth of each modular unit being 600 mm and total length of 10300 mm with tolerance plus 5mm to minus 5 mm. The work surface shall be made of 25mm thick prelaminated twin board of E1 P2 grade in approved shade conforming to IS 12823 1990 and shall be edge banded with matching 2mm thick PVC lipping. Plastic ABS access flaps shall be provided on the work surface for easy access to wires and cables. The under structure shall be made of 18mm thick prelaminated twin board of E1 P2 grade in approved shade conforming to IS 12823 1990 and edge banded with matching 2mm thick PVC lipping. Aluminium Alloy 63400 WP profiles shall be used for connecting the panels and the product shall have knock down construction. The modesty panel shall be made of 18mm thick pre laminated twin board of E1 P2 grade in approved shade conforming to IS 12823 1990 and edge banded with matching 2mm thick PVC lipping. A powder coated accent metal strip shall be provided below the work surface for enhanced aesthetics, manufactured from 0.8mm thick CRCA steel conforming to IS 513 and finished with epoxy polyester powder coating having a dry film thickness of 40 to 60 microns. The wire management system shall consist of an array of panels made from 0.8mm thick CRCA mild steel conforming to IS 513 and finished with epoxy polyester powder coating of 40 to 60 microns DFT for routing of wires and cables. Provision shall be provided below the worktop for mounting an Anchor Roma 6 module plate. A cut out on the worktop fitted with a two piece injection moulded plastic polymer component shall be provided to facilitate routing of audio and video cables onto the work surface and connection of device chargers to the power socket mounted below the worktop.
