CORNER ROLLER PIN ASSEMBLY consist of pin key, locking bush, cover plates, nut, split pin & shaft, Part No-64.08.5062, MAKE-PLASSER or Equivalent. Technical specification:- Steel of Grade 817M40 (EN-24) conforming to BS:970 part-II, specification of direct hardening alloy steel and nut & washer shall be of mild steel of Grade A or B, conforming to IS: 2062-1992. To be manufactured through closed die drop for ging, machining to finish in to final shape, induction hardening to 58-62 HRC up to 1.25mm, finished produc t should be protected with one coat of boiled linseed oil conforming to IS:77-1976 or with similar other prot ective agent(s).
