Item Description: 10057 Technical specification Polyurethane Foam:- (i) The thermal insulating material will be 150 mm thick Polyurethane foam and should have a density of 65 kg/m3 and 32 kg/m3 respectively. (ii) The insulation will be of preformed blocks or insitu expansion, For Bulkhead, Stiffeners, deep webs Girders and overhead insulation will be 32 kg/m3 and for decks 65 kg/ m3 (iii) In the Technical specification of PUF insulation properties like Thermal conductivity, Water vapour, Permeability, Water absorption, Temperature Range, Chemical & Weather resistance, Flame Retardance, Toxicity, Hazards to human beings, date of manufacture and make of the Polyurethane foam etc & make to be indicated (iv) Warranty to be given to Navy. (a) To Remove existing panelling, lagging, covering and insulation material and Renew 100 % Insulation material of Cool and Cold Rooms. Area - 200 sq.m Navy approved Polyurethane foam to be used as lagging material.
