The objective of the assignment is as follows: PMU for OUIDF under Housing and urban Development Department is required to play a crucial role in providing techno-managerial support to the OUIDF Trust in allocation of available extra-budgetary resources from OUIDF to meet the developmental needs and project priorities of the Housing and urban Development Department. It is envisaged that such techno-managerial support will inter alia include providing Fund Disbursement for projects, fund governance related guidance, acting as an interface between Administrative Department / Agency and development agency, suggesting methods for convergence of budgetary and extrabudgetary resources, designing development of projects and new project proposals and implementation mechanism, conducting periodic monitoring and evaluation of programmatic interventions, quality control, ensuring value for money and financial accountability. It will comprise of dedicated full time expert teams at OUIDF, Bhubaneswar and other cities as outlined in the RfP.
