ALL THE TESTS SHOULD BE DONE AS PER OISD 130/144 STANDARDS. REQUIRED HIGH TENSILE STUD/NUTS SPIRAL WOUND METALLIC GASKET SHOULD BE SUPPLIED BY CONTRACTOR, WHEREVER FLANGE JOINTS ARE OPENED FOR VENTING/ HYDROTEST. ALL THE MANPOWER, TOOLS, TACKLES AND PPEs WILL BE PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR. HPCL WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY MATERIAL AND MANPOWER.
