Operation and Maintenance of Sluice Valve (round the clock) for ï¬lling of over Head tank, underground tank and supply of water to the Railway Quarters and Service building with contractor's tools and plants like slide wrench, Spanners, torch light etc by deputing 9 Nos of semi- skilled labour daily basis(3 Nos. in each shift of 8 hour i.e. 2 Nos in North colony and 1 No. in South colony) and 1 No Supervisor for smooth and eï¬ƒcient operation of 53 No valves at North Colony and 26 no valve at South colony at Garden Reach Complex as per direction of Engineer-in-charge or as per authorized representative .The rate includes the repair and replacement of defective valve, Gland packing etc as and when required with Railway's materials and contractors labour. Rate including @ 18% GST.
