CMC of 02 BODY MORTUARY : CMC of 2 Body AC Mortuary. Once in every three months, attending all breakdown calls within normal working hours. Supply of all electrical and mechanical spares like contractors, overload replays, HP/LP switches, temperature sensor, thermostat, refrigerant gas, driers, compressor lubricating oil, Fan motors. Cleaning the unit in general and checking the refrigerant piping leaks and repairing and other drives for undue vibrations, cleaning the air ï¬lters, evoparator coil, ï¬nned surface of the condensor with air blower, ensuring the condensate drain is not clogged, greasing of motors and blower bearing. Checking tightness of all electrical connection and fuse links, checking operation of thermostat over-load relays, HP/LP switch. Adjustment of air ï¬‚ow through ducts, if required. In case of compressor failure, the same will be repaired / replaced. If blower or condensor motor burns out, the same will be re- winded.
