Comprehensive Annual maintenance contract with operation and maintenance for medical gases and vaccume pipeline system (MGVPS) with spares at NRCH for the period of three years in the S/O SSE/W/NRCH under ADEN/NRCH.
"The following items are to be maintained & checked the following items are to be maintained & checked (i) Daily inspection and checking of MGVPS and other items included in scope of work. (ii) Log book: Log book to this effect shall be maintained in co-ordination with office incharge. Following parts shall carry maintenance at regular intervals to keep the system functional (costof spare parts included). (1)Oxygen outlets with flowmeter-358 numbers at present and likely to increase/decrease up to 20% during contract period. (2) Nitrous Oxide outlets-11 numbers (3)Carbon-dioxide outlets-s numbers. (4)Air ( Medical/ Surgical) outlets - 11 numbers. (5)AGSS outlets - 3 numbers. (6)Vacuum outlets with wall vacuum unit theatre vacuum unit with 2 m pipe- 329 numbers at present and likely to increase or decrease up to 20% during contract period. (7)Alarm systems - 6 No(s) of MGVPS at NRCH. PART-B (Manifold Rom) (1)Three Vacuum Pumps, two 10 HP and one 7 HP. (2)One Air Compressors. (3)Oxygen Supply system 16 + 16 manifold with NRV &Tail pipe, Oxygen Panel. (4)Nitrous Oxide Supply system 2 + 2 manifold with NRV &Tail pipe, Nitrous Oxide Panel. (5)Carbon DiOxide System 2+2 manifold with NRV and Tail Pipe, Carbon Di Oxide Panel. (6)Cylinders bank of Oxygen, Nitrous oxide and Carbon dioxide. Part-C (Anesthesia Machine) (1)Boyle's Anesthesia Machine-5. (2) Suction machines in wards. (3)Electrical/ Mechanical accessories of PART-A, B &C equipments.
