Comprehensive On-Site (including spares) Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) for 75 kVA/kW Modular UPS System (Make: Eaton, Model: 93PR), comprising hot-swappable power modules (3 x 25 kVA/kW) and hot-swappable battery modules, complete as per site requirements. The scope of work shall include quarterly preventive maintenance planned in advance and breakdown maintenance with unlimited service calls as and when required. The contract includes replacement of defective parts/spares (excluding battery modules), health check-up, servicing of battery modules, ï¬rmware diagnostics, calibration, testing, and performance veriï¬cation of the UPS system to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation. Note: The rates quoted shall be per unit per year.
