CAMC (Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract) of entire Central Medical Gas Pipeline System except LMO Tank at Orthopaedic Hospital, Eastern Railway, Howrah. CAMC covers all spare parts and consumables. The routine preventive maintenance shall be for four (04) times per year i.e one time in every 3 months per year. Any repair / replacement work is covered under the proposed scope of contract with unlimited break-down calls to be attended within 2-3 hours of information. Any repair/replacement work shall be completed as early as possible for smooth running of hospital services i.e. within 1-2 days of information. Downtime shall not exceed 9 days in a year of contract. Otherwise penalty shall be imposed by the competent authority if necessary.
