BOQ Item Description: Comprehensive maintenance of various Electro mechanical services as per details and inventory given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff to keep all the services operational up to the required standards etc. as per specification. The services are
1. Diesel Engine Alternator sets
2. AC Package Units
3. Ductable split AC Units
4. Window and Split AC Units
5. Electrical Installation and fans incl Electrical APFC Panels
6. R.O. System
7. Water Cooler etc. NOTE
1. This is tentative list however it is the responsibility of the agency to operate various services as and when required even during odd night hours as per requirements of BSNL and if any additional labour is required the same is to be provided at no extra cost.
2. Agency has to depute his service engineer specialised person during important meeting so that in case of any fault it may be promptly attended to have uninterrupted service of Diesel Engine Alternator sets AC systems and R.O. System. Items are as per schedule of work item no. 2
