Coke in pieces of size 3/4 inches to 1 inch with Ash content of less than 15 percent and moist ure content should be less than 4 percent as per IS: 439/1989 Gr.I FC. HSN Code : 2704. Packing: The item should be delivered in neatly sealed and packed bags of 50 Kg Capacity. Supply Schedule: First supply of 6 MT within 30 days of receipt of PO and thereafter 6MT every month, with last supply of 5MT. Sample Clause : 1. Sample shall be submitted by the firm to the consignee and got approved before commencing bulk sup ply. 2. The sample shall be submitted within 15 days from the date of the Purchase Order. 3. Any required c orrections based on feedback on the submitted sample must be addressed, and the revised sample shall b e resubmitted within 10 days and shall get approval. 4. The firm shall take back the sample after approval.
