BOQ Item Description: Comprehensive Maintenance contract for the Centralized Air-Conditioning system consists of 330TR water cooled Chiller Units (Trane make)-03 Nos., Chilled water pumps primary pumps (Kirlosakar make)-3 nos. and secondary pump (Grundfoss make)- 3 nos. with VFD drive panel, Condenser water pumps (Crompton make) - 3 nos., Cooling Towers (Advance make)-3 nos., chilled water and condenser water lines, Air Handling Units (Floor mounted and ceiling suspended) (Zeco make) with starter panels - 27 nos. power and Control panels and its associated equipments like bearings, v-belts, canvas, valves (excluding the butterfly valves), strainers, dampers, diffusers, grills, nozzles, thermostats, switchgears in control panels(excluding the power cables), ventialation fans of toilets, electrical meters, contactors, timers etc. complete as required for smooth operation of the complete HVAC system. The scope of work also includes carrying out the periodical maintenance/checking of the above equipments & maintenance of water softening plants along with supply of salt for operation as per manufacturers recommendations and/or as per the attached technical conditions.
